What are your operating hours?
We are available by appointment only.
Friday through Sunday typically offer the best availability, but weekday appointments (Monday–Thursday) may be possible as well.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept CashApp, Venmo, and PayPal Friends & Family for deposits only.
Final balances are due in cash at pickup. Deposits are required to hold specific animals and are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another available animal if your plans change.
Do you offer transport or delivery?
In most cases, animals must be picked up at the farm. However, we can occasionally arrange ground transport for certain animals within a reasonable distance for an additional fee. Please contact us for details or recommendations on trusted transporters if you’re located farther away.
Can I reserve a specific animal?
Yes! We’re happy to hold the animal of your choice with a signed purchase agreement and deposit.
Please note, animals that are already ready to leave are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
Can I meet the animal in person before reserving?
Absolutely! We encourage visits when possible.
There are some exceptions — for example, baby rabbits still in the nest can’t be handled yet — but most animals are available to meet in person before placing a deposit.
Do you offer farm tours?
Our farm is a working family farm, and we do not offer tours.
Can I bring my other animal to meet the new addition before we make a final decision?
For the safety of all animals on the farm, we do not allow outside pets or livestock during visits.
There is a significant biosecurity risk when bringing in animals from other locations, so all meetings are limited to approved buyers & family members only.
I don’t see exactly what I’m looking for — when will you have a specific animal, color, or gender available?
Let us know what you’re hoping to find, and we’ll be glad to tell you if we have something similar on the way or when we expect new availability.
What happens if I can no longer keep my animal?
We understand that life changes happen. If you ever find yourself unable to keep your animal, please reach out to us first. We will always take back any animal purchased from us, regardless of age or reason — no questions asked.
Please note that while we’re happy to provide a safe return option, no refunds or credits are issued once an animal has left our farm. This policy ensures the health and safety of all animals in our care and helps us responsibly rehome them when needed.
