These Terms & Conditions govern your use of fallentimbersfarm.com and the purchase of products from Fallen Timbers Farm.
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products & Services
We offer farm products including, but not limited to:
- Meat and egg products
- Livestock sales and reservations
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Livestock Sales & Reservations
- Livestock listings may require a deposit or reservation request
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Final payment and pickup details are coordinated directly with the buyer
- Ownership and responsibility transfer as specified in the individual sales agreement
Livestock may be removed from availability once reserved.
Orders & Payments
We accept payment via:
- PayPal
- Venmo
- Credit cards processed through PayPal
- Cash at pickup (when offered)
Orders are not considered complete until payment or deposit is received and confirmed.
Pickup & Fulfillment
- Most products are local pickup only
- Pickup timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase or reservation
- Failure to pick up within the agreed timeframe may result in forfeiture of deposits or orders, unless other arrangements are made in advance
No Refunds on Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of food and agricultural products:
- All sales of meat and eggs are final
- No refunds will be issued once processing or pickup has occurred
Account Responsibility
If you create an account:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You agree to provide accurate and current information
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FALLEN TIMBERS FARM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products purchased.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
