Cherry Creek Longhorns

Longhorns have been Michael’s passion for years.  We had a couple several years ago & sold them when he started caring for his great grandpa’s beef cattle.  He inherited those cattle when grandpa passed away so for many years we just ran a small herd of commercial beef cattle.  Grandpa’s cattle eventually got old & are no longer with us.  Michael wanted his longhorns back so we decided to go with a registered herd this time.  These cattle are all TLBBA registered & we hope to eventually show &/or saddle break some of the calves.  We’ll also retain a calf each year to raise for beef.  Longhorn beef is leaner than any other red meat & is a much healthier option for those with cholesterol issues that still want a steak!  The Longhorns have their own Facebook page & Instagram pages, follow them there for updates.
