At Fallen Timbers Farm in Collinsville, Oklahoma, we raise livestock with a focus on healthy animals, practical genetics, and calm, manageable temperaments. Whether you’re looking for breeding stock, a family companion, or livestock to expand your herd, we work hard to raise animals we’d be proud to keep ourselves.
Availability changes throughout the year, so the listings below reflect our current offerings. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, contact us about upcoming litters, foals, calves, or planned breedings.
Many of the animals featured throughout our website are permanent members of our breeding program and are not offered for sale. This page is the best place to see what is currently available.
Trades Considered
We’re open to considering full or partial trades on anything listed on this page. We’re always looking for livestock and equipment that fit the needs and direction of our farm, so if you have something you think we may be interested in, feel free to ask. Cash can go either way depending on the trade.
We’re especially interested in select miniature horses, miniature donkeys, registered Longhorn cattle, emus, dairy sheep, livestock trailers, and useful farm or ranch equipment, but we’re always willing to hear what you have.
Holland Lop & Mini Rex Rabbits
Our rabbitry currently includes both Holland Lops and Mini Rex rabbits, with plans to continue expanding in the future.
Our Holland Lops are bred for both show and pet quality. Each rabbit is handled from an early age to encourage friendly, confident personalities. Pedigrees are available on all Holland Lops upon request unless otherwise specified.
Our Mini Rex are a newer addition to our rabbitry and are being bred with an emphasis on sound structure, beautiful Harlequin and Tricolor colors, and the breed’s signature velvety coat. Like our Holland Lops, they are handled daily from an early age and have the calm, friendly personalities that make Mini Rex such a popular breed.

Miniature Horses
We raise AMHA and AMHR registered miniature horses with an emphasis on sound genetics, correct conformation, and easy-going temperaments. Our foals are handled from birth and grow up around everyday farm life, making them confident, manageable horses for families, hobby farms, and small breeding programs. Foals are typically available each summer and fall.
We’re also excited to be searching for the right miniature donkeys to join the farm in the future.
Texas Longhorn Cattle – Cherry Creek Longhorns
Under our herd name Cherry Creek Longhorns, we raise TLBAA registered Texas Longhorns known for their classic horns, easygoing nature, and pasture efficiency.
Our Longhorns are grass-fed, grain-finished, and raised with care.
We occasionally offer heifers and bulls suitable for breeding programs & steers for pasture ornaments or beef.

JD has been an excellent producer for us. We’ve kept his heifers from his first 2 calving seasons & plan to keep this fall’s heifers as well. As our herd has grown this year, we’ve also acquired several of his sisters so it’s time for him to move on. He’s generally an easy going bull and we don’t worry about working around him in the pasture.

Bella is an excellent mother and has been pasture exposed with witnessed breedings to our Hall of Fame–bred stallion for a potential Spring 2027 foal. She is easy to handle and well behaved once caught, although she prefers to make you work a little before she’ll let you catch her in the pasture.
She sells with breeder’s certificates for both AMHA and AMHR, allowing the potential 2027 foal to be registered with both registries.
