Our jumbo Coturnix quail are hatched, raised, and processed right here on our farm from start to finish.
Each package includes 2 whole processed quail, averaging approximately 4.25–5.25 oz per bird. Their smaller size makes them perfect for roasting, grilling, smoking, or preparing as an individual entrée.
