Farm-Raised Lean Longhorn Beef β Coming Soon
Weβre excited to soon offer grass-fed, grain-finished longhorn beef, raised here on the farm from start to finish.
Our cattle are pasture-raised, grain finished, and never treated with growth hormones. Longhorn beef is leaner than beef from the more traditional “beef” breeds and is lower in saturated fats. Longhorn beef is packed full of flavor yet has less cholesterol and calories than white meat. That’s right – you can have a steak that’s healthier for you than a grilled chicken breast. Longhorn beef is excellent for a heart-healthy diet, helping increase “good” cholesterol while reducing “bad” cholesterol. Beef is the best source of protein, B12, & zinc. It’s also one of the best sources of iron & selenium. Lean beef is an excellent addition to a healthy diet.
- Products planned: Ground beef, roasts, steaks, and specialty cuts
- Expected availability: Early 2026

Rabbit Poop Fertilizer
We have rabbit poop available for your garden & flower beds year round. Rabbit poop is a cool manure & can go directly to the garden from the rabbit, no composting needed. We collect exactly what falls under the cage so ours has bits of their food, hay, sawdust, & some fur in it. This is not just dried balls of rabbit poop & most of the time itβs broken down into a fine dirt by the time it leaves thanks to insects. We use this on our gardens with excellent results.
